Rajendra Modi Share Private Limited (RMSBPL) was founded more than 16 years ago by two brothers, Rajendra and Jitendra Modi.

At RMSBPL, we pride ourselves on our commitment to integrity, transparency, and client satisfaction. Our team consists of seasoned professionals with extensive expertise in the financial markets. Our mission is simple yet profound: to empower our clients to make informed decisions, build wealth, secure their financial futures and grow money. Currently we are offering retail brokering services in Equities, Derivatives, Commodities, IPOs and Depositories. We are based in Jaipur, Rajasthan but catering to clients from different states. Our investment thesis and recommendations are backed by Research & Analysis (Fundamental and Technical) and a combined experience of more than 44 years (24+ years for Rajendra Modi and 20+ years for Jitendra Modi) of Broking and Trading.

Timeline

Our History

1995

After finishing his graduation, Rajendra modi starts his trading journey at the age of 22 by becoming a sub-broker in mumbai.

1998

He moves his practice as a sub-broker to jaipur. Becomes a member Jaipur Stock Exchange (JSEL)

2003

Jitendra Modi joins his brother as sub-broker too.

2007

Incorporated Rajendra Modi Share Brokers Private Limited and became member of National Stock Exchange (NSE). Both the directors start their brokerage practice.

2010

Became member of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE)

2012

Became member of Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited (MCX).

2014

Became member of Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL)

2024

Till date the company has about 800 clients and is expanding.
